The purpose of this policy is to provide you with clear and transparent information on how we collect, use, store, share and protect your personal data, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 20161679 (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, as amended.

Scope of application: website, prospecting, subscription & request management (including channels such as WhatsApp/email/telephone), partner/service provider management.
2. Data processed
ESP may collect various categories of data, including:
Identification data: surname, first name, title, date and place of birth, nationality, postal address, email address, telephone number.
Contractual and billing data: services selected, subscriptions, quotes, invoices, payment methods (IBAN, credit card via secure provider).
Connection and browsing data: IP address, logs, cookies, user preferences.
Sensitive data (rarely and only at the express request of the Customer in the context of the services): e.g. specific medical needs, dietary preferences, etc. This data is only collected with your explicit consent and to the extent strictly necessary for the performance of our services.
3. Purposes and legal bases
. Performance of the contract (Article 6.1.b GDPR): management of subscriptions, concierge requests, monitoring of services.
. Compliance with legal obligations (Article 6.1.c): invoicing, accounting, combating fraud and money laundering.
. Legitimate interest of ESP (Article 6.1.f): improvement of our services, customer relationship management, dispute prevention.
. Consent (Article 6.1.a): commercial prospecting by email or SMS, storage of non-essential cookies.
. Health data if necessary for the organisation: explicit consent (Article 9 GDPR); you may withdraw your consent at any time (without retroactive effect).
4. Recipients
The data is intended solely for ESP and, where applicable:
. to our technical service providers (hosting, emailing, payment solutions, CRM) who are subject to strict confidentiality and security obligations;
. to our partners and subcontractors involved in the provision of services, within the strict limits of what is necessary.
Under no circumstances will your data be transferred or sold to third parties.
5. Transfers outside the EU
ESP prefers to host and process your data within the EU.
In the event of a transfer to a third country (e.g. a service provider based in the United States), ESP ensures that the country has been granted an adequacy decision by the European Commission, or puts in place appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses (SCCs).
6. Retention periods
. Prospects: 3 years from the last contact.
. Customers/contracts: duration of the contract + 5 years (civilicommercial limitations); accounting documents: 10 years.
. Travel/health records: the time strictly necessary for organisation + any legal deadlines. This data is stored separately and deleted as soon as the purpose is achieved, unless there is a legal obligation to retain it.
. Connection data (cookies): 13 months maximum. Information collected via cookies is kept
for a maximum of 25 months for anonymised statistical purposes.
Beyond this period, the data is deleted or archived in accordance with regulations.
7. Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights:
. Right of access: obtain confirmation that your data is being processed and receive a copy of it.
. Right of rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
. Right to object: to object to certain processing, in particular commercial prospecting.
. Right to erasure: request the deletion of your data, under the conditions provided for by law.
. Right to restriction of processing.
. Right to portability: receive your data in a structured and commonly used format.
. Right to define post-mortem guidelines regarding the fate of your data.

8. Security
ESP implements all appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security, confidentiality and integrity of your data, and to prevent any loss, alteration, disclosure or unauthorised access.
9. Minors
ESP services are intended for adults; for any request involving a minor (e.g. travel), the application must be made by the holder of parental authority.
ESP does not knowingly collect data concerning minors without the consent of the holder of parental authority.
10. Cookies
When visiting the websites , www.excellenceserviceplace.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), cookies and other trackers may be stored on the user’s terminal equipment (computer, tablet, smartphone, etc.).
